The Seed Cycle is a health food brand I’ve written blog posts and recipes for.
Blog post on nutrients in seed cycling seeds - in this post I broke down the nutrition of the products to explain exactly what they do.
Blog post on hormone imbalances - this post took a key concern for The Seed Cycle’s customers - symptoms of hormone imbalance - and showed how the products can help.
5 Breakfast Recipes - here I created 5 original recipes incorporating The Seed Cycle products.
The Seed Cycle has also been able to repurpose a lot of the blog post content into social media posts.

Motherhood With Keturah
Motherhood with Keturah is a postpartum doula and meal delivery service for fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum.
I have consulted with Keturah on her menus, offering advice on ways to make the meals suitable for pregnancy and postpartum.
I have also written blog posts on pregnancy and preconception nutrition for her.
I currently provide nutrition research and content writing to Keturah on an ongoing basis.

Lily & Cress
Lily & Cress create beautiful and thoughtful gift hampers for new mums.
I worked with them on their ‘Nourish Box’ hamper, which is intended to provide healthy snacks and drinks for new mums.
When we started working together, Lily & Cress had already chosen a range of products they were considering for the hamper.
I reviewed the items they were intending to include in this hamper for their nutritional quality and suitability for postpartum, and advised on some changes they could make.
I created two original recipes for pre-mixed products that were then created exclusively for the hampers by local businesses.
I created a nutritional information fact sheet for new mums, to provide additional information on postpartum nutrition.
